Mother’s Day is the perfect excuse to slow down, spend time together, and celebrate the people who have always been there for us. Whether it’s a relaxed Sunday lunch, a walk along the coast, or simply raising a glass together at home, the best gifts are the ones that feel personal.
At Harley House Distillery in Seaford, we distil everything in small batches right here in East Sussex, making our spirits a thoughtful, locally crafted gift.
Spring also means the market season is officially back! There is nothing we love more than getting out into the community, pouring a sample or two, and chatting with you all in person. This weekend (7th & 8th March) we will be in Eastbourne at 'The Towner Farmers Market' from 9 am, directly outside the gallery and The Congress Theatre. Then on Sunday, we will be in the beautiful village of Lenham for their local Farmers' Market.

Serve Her Something Special: The Pink Lady of Sussex
If you want to really impress her next Sunday, skip the standard G&T and mix up something from our Little Book of Libations. The Pink Lady of Sussex is bright, elegant, and uses our vibrant Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Gin.
Ingredients:
50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Splash of Grenadine
20ml Aquafaba (or egg white)
Ice
Method:
Put all ingredients except the ice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with a glacé cherry. (Note: If using egg white, be mindful of any egg allergies.)
