Award-Winning Artisan Sussex Gin Distilled with South Downs Water
Every bottle in our Signature Spirits collection reflects our passion for regional provenance and copper pot distillation. Operating from Seaford, East Sussex, Harley House pairs classic London Dry distilling heritage with distinct coastal botanicals. Our flagship Pure Sussex Gin is double-distilled with 15 balanced botanicals and blended down to bottling strength with pure water filtered naturally through the deep chalk aquifers of the South Downs. This natural limestone filtration provides an exceptionally soft, clean mouthfeel with zero harsh burn.
Alongside our signature dry gins, our collection features the naturally colour-changing Sussex Blue Gin—infused with butterfly pea petals in homage to the rare Adonis Blue butterfly—as well as small-batch liqueurs and curated miniature taster sets. Distilled, bottled, and labeled by hand, our award-winning spirits deliver a true taste of Sussex countryside and coast.
