Handcrafted in our coastal Seaford distillery, the Harley House Prohibition Rum collection is produced the traditional way: double pot-distilled from scratch using pure molasses and cut with natural, chalk-filtered water drawn from beneath the South Downs. Celebrating the daring heritage of historic Sussex coastal smuggling, our authentic English rums are rested and matured in heavily charred American oak bourbon casks. This slow maturation imparts natural notes of toasted vanilla, subtle woodsmoke, and rich caramel without artificial flavorings.
