Winter cocktail list
25 ml Sussex Blue Gin
15ml Lime Cordial
200ml Tonic Water
Blueberries, raspberries and a sprig of rosemary for garnish
Start by chilling your favourite glass using fresh ice.
(We recommend a tall glass)
Remove the ice before adding a small amount of grenadine and lime cordial.
Place a couple of ice cubes carefully into mix at the bottom ensuring that a whole ice cube is out of the mix.
Slowly pour a measure of Sussex Blue Gin over the ice cube to get the blue to sit perfectly on top of the other mix.
Add a few blueberries and raspberries along with a sprig of rosemary to the top before topping with a floral tonic.
Stir the cocktail to experience the full flavour.
Winter Chilli Pepper
35ml Pure Sussex Gin
1 Chopped Red Chilli
Begin by filling your chosen glass up with ice & allow to chill for a couple of minutes.
Pour in the Pure Sussex Gin and then ginger ale, add in a pinch of chopped red chilli, and whole peppercorns and stir
25ml Pure Sussex Gin
1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Sugar Syrup
Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker then fill up with ice.
Shake well then strain into a champagne flute. Top with a little champagne, leave to settle (as it will bubble up) then fill with some more champagne.
Swirl gently with a cocktail stirrer then garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
