Sussex Mojito

A drink best served with rum yet, supercharged with Pure Sussex Gin.

1. Fill your desired glass with ice. (We recommend a tall glass)

2. Pour this ice into a shaker along with 8-10 mint leaves.

3. Using a muddler (or similar hard object that is able to crush ice) reduce the contents down causing the essential mint oils to flavour the cocktail.

4. Add a shot of Pure Sussex Gin and a squirt of lime juice.

5. You can shake at this stage and add a sparkling mixer e.g. Appletiser however, we prefer to fill the shaker to roughly an inch from the top with apple juice and shake for roughly 30 seconds.

6. Pour into your glass and enjoy with a few extra mint leaves and a slice of lime.
