Cocktails

Winter cocktail list

The Gatsby

25 ml Sussex Blue Gin
15ml Grenadine
15ml Lime Cordial
200ml Tonic Water
Ice
Blueberries, raspberries and a sprig of rosemary for garnish

Start by chilling your favourite glass using fresh ice.
(We recommend a tall glass)

Remove the ice before adding a small amount of grenadine and lime cordial.

Place a couple of ice cubes carefully into mix at the bottom ensuring that a whole ice cube is out of the mix.

Slowly pour a measure of Sussex Blue Gin over the ice cube to get the blue to sit perfectly on top of the other mix.

Add a few blueberries and raspberries along with a sprig of rosemary to the top before topping with a floral tonic.
Stir the cocktail to experience the full flavour.
