Harley House Gin Distillery has opened new doors to new adventures to entice your curiosity with the new Curiosity Series of Gins. We bring to you 3 new flavours; The Lemon One, The Strawberry One and The Hedgerow One. Everyone loves a cocktail, especially on hot summer days of relaxing in the garden or hosting a cocktail party. The 3 gins are vastly different from one another and cater to a variety of palates.

Don’t wait around, get crafty and try some of our signature cocktails and let us know how you got on by sharing on social media. We would love to see you sharing your curiosity.

The Lemon One Gin Cocktail

A classic for the one who loves an edge to their drink, a little bit of tanginess with the gin, paired with the aromatics of the tonic. The Lemon One Cocktail focuses on being classy yet forthgoing.

To make the cocktail:

  1. Chill a half-pint glass before filling it half full with fresh ice cubes.

  2. Add a measure (or more) of The Lemon One Gin.

  3. Add a dash of Lemon Syrup (if you like a little added sweetness).

  4. Add a few slices of lemon zest and black pepper seeds.

  5. Top with a premium tonic* and finish with a lemon wheel.

*For a truly Sussex G&T, use Folkington's Tonic.

The Strawberry One Gin Cocktail

One for the more floral, fruity notes, a drink with sweetness and paired with a lighter, more delicate tonic or lemonade. The Strawberry One Cocktail focuses on being flirty, eccentric and certainly entertaining.

To make the cocktail:

  1. Chill a half-pint glass before filling it half full with fresh ice cubes.

  2. Add a measure (or more) of The Strawberry One Gin.

  3. Add some crushed strawberries.

  4. Top with a premium tonic* or lemonade and finish with a fanned strawberry and a sprig of mint.

*For a truly Sussex G&T, use Folkington's Tonic.

The Hedgerow One Gin Cocktail

A cocktail of class and elegance. More for the ones who love autumn, this is it in a bottle. With fragrant and botanical notes of blackberries, apples, sloe, fig and rosehip this drink will certainly go down a treat on a hot summer's day or a cold winter’s night.

To make the cocktail:

  1. Chill a half-pint glass before filling it half full with fresh ice cubes.

  2. Add a measure (or more) of The Hedgerow One Gin.

  3. Add some crushed blackberries (or maybe an added shot of Sloe Gin).

  4. Top with a premium tonic* and finish with a sprig of rosemary.

*For a truly Sussex G&T, use Folkington's Tonic.
