Strawberry gin is summer in a glass. However, with its complexity and deep flavour, it can be hard to know how to make a cocktail with it. That’s why we’ve made this list of cocktails so you can enjoy your strawberry one all year round.
1. Strawberry (gin) lemonade
A summer refresher made alcoholic! We have paired our Strawberry one with a premium lemonade to create something simple, but refreshingly delicious.
Method
Construct this drink in a glass. In a highball add lots of ice. Pour in 50ml of Harley House The Strawberry One.
Top the glass up with a premium lemonade and stir until well mixed. Garnish with a lemon slice and a strawberry.
2. Strawberry gin daiquiri
Although commonly a rum-based cocktail, a flavoured daiquiri can be made using gin also! The Strawberry one is a great compliment to the lime and sugar ingredients.
Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine lots of ice, 50ml Harley House The Strawberry One, 25ml lime juice and 25ml simple syrup.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge or strawberry half.
ALTERNATIVE STEP: if you fancy a frozen twist, combine ingredients in a blender to create a frozen cocktail.
3. Strawberry gin mojito
Another twist on a rum-based cocktail. This gin mojito is a refreshing twist on the rum and mint staple. Using the complexity of The Strawberry One, pairing with mint and soda water for a refreshing cocktail you could fall in love with.
Method
In an old fashioned glass, muddle mint leaves and 15ml simple syrup.
Add ice cubes, 50ml The Strawberry One gin, 25ml lime juice and stir.
Top with soda water and a lime wedge for garnish and serve.
4. Strawberry gin fizz
An incredibly stripped back cocktail, the gin fizz will let you experience all of the complexities to be found in our strawberry gin.
Method
In a highball glass, add lots of ice and 50ml Harley House The Strawberry One.
Top with soda water, and stir.
Garnish with strawberries and serve!
5. The Strawberry One and Merchants Heart Pink peppercorn tonic
Elevate your G&T by combining our strawberry gin with Merchants Heart’s pink peppercorn tonic water. Pepper is a great combination for strawberries as they compliment each other with sweetness and slight spice in the pepper.
Method
In a glass of your choice, fill it with ice and peppercorns
Add 50ml of Harley House The Strawberry One
Fill up the glass with merchants Heart Pink peppercorn tonic water
Stir and serve!
